Villa Lia enjoys a fantastic location in one of the most authentic and unspoiled areas of Mykonos, just above a natural bay between Kalafatis and Lia beach and it’s providing an idyllic retreat by the Aegean Sea for moments of relaxation, tranquility and privacy.

The villa is developed on two levels:

The entrance level includes a cozy living room, a fully equipped open-style kitchen and a dining area that seats 10 people. The master bedroom is also in this level, suitable for two persons, featuring comforts such as air-conditioning, TV, en-suite WC-shower and access to a spacious veranda with a pergola looking over the sea.

The lower level features 3 separate suites (double size beds, en- suite WC-shower), suitable for 6 persons in total and featuring the same comforts as the entrance level. All three have access to the pool, the outdoor amenities and amazing sea view.

A kitchenette is also located in this level.

An independent studio (entrance level also) is located directly next to the main villa featuring its own terrace with amazing view to Aegean Sea protected with pergola, bedroom with double size bed and en-suite WC-shower, cozy living room, kitchenette, coffee – breakfast corner, and comforts such as air conditioning, TV, WIFI.
