The property’s ground floor used to be a famous grocery store in the area during the last Century. It was built in 1889 and renovated three times (1990, 2002 and 2014) so the resulted design is a fusion of traditional architecture with contemporary features, which makes this villa a great accommodation option, ideal for a romantic and peaceful getaway throughout the year.
This one-of-a-kind villa has been designed to flow elegantly between outdoor and indoor living. Interior and exterior has been eclectically designed and preserved, vastly using natural materials, like local stone and wood. This pool villa consists of two different levels and buildings and it may comfortably accommodate up to 9 people.

The upper level in the main building has three spacious bedrooms in total, one large bathroom, two patios and can be accessed outside by its own entrance door or by an internal staircase through ground level. The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, an antique closet and chest as well as a wooden standing mirror. The second bedroom is mainly equipped with two comfy single beds, a big wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It has his own patio which provides astonishing view to the estate and the surrounding area. The third bedroom is mainly equipped with two comfy single beds and a mini wooden table with chairs for kids. All bedrooms have fresh bed linen and towels.
At ground level, guests may enter the main building through the main entrance door which leads you directly to the spacious and luminous living room. It’s a beautiful living room with a fireplace, a built-in sofa, a wooden dining table with chairs, an antique mirror and chest as well as other elegant decorative details. Attached to this area, a fully equipped kitchen can be found covering fully your cooking needs as well as a WC. All the indoor space has a traditionally made style of huge rectangular stones for bottom surface providing an imposing view and even cooler environment, while you walk barefoot. The internal staircase leads to the upper level where the three bedrooms are.
In the second building (attached to the villa’s main building) the fourth en-suite bedroom can be found. It is equipped with a large double bed, a sofa, a coffee table and it has its own fireplace. The pool is one of the highlights of this property. The area around the pool is huge and guests may chill and sunbathe on the wooden sun-beds or take a nap on below the pergola. On the main patio, guests can make use of the outdoor shower before or after entering the pool, and even grill on the BBQ.
